COMMUNITY MEETING  The next community meeting to discuss the proposed purchase of 1 acre of land and a disused farm building adjacent to the primary school will be held this Friday, July 13th, at 8.30pm in the Community Hall. We would urge as many people as possible to attend, as the plans are starting to take shape and this is the opportunity for people to see what is being proposed, as well as to offer to help out in whatever way possible. Information will be provided on recent meetings held with the School Board of Management and the Parents Association, and also with the Planning Department from Limerick County Council. Information as regards insurance for the land will also be provided. It is hoped to establish a working group and a committee to lead the development, and also establish a finance sub-committee to look into ways to fund any proposed developments.
